These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bdejl platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account services, and payment facilities. By creating an account or placing a bet on bdejl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and bdejl ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement is governed by the rules and regulations applicable to the jurisdiction in which bdejl operates. Players accessing the platform from Bangladesh are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is permitted under local laws applicable to them. bdejl makes no representation that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction from which they may be accessed.

- "Balance"The amount of funds held in a User's bdejl account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.
One Account Per Person
Each natural person is permitted to hold only one active account on bdejl. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same identity documents, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, bdejl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and permanently ban the user from the platform.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bdejl will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised the action. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdejl support at [email protected] immediately and change your password.
Accurate Information Required
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details — including but not limited to your name, date of birth, address, or payment method ownership — is a material breach of this Agreement. bdejl may request documentary verification of any information submitted at registration at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure without release of funds until the identity of the account holder is confirmed.
Single Account Policy
One person, one account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.
Password Security
Keep your credentials confidential. bdejl staff will never ask for your password. Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.
KYC Verification
NID or passport verification is required before withdrawals are processed. Submitting false documents is a criminal offence and will result in permanent account closure.
Age Restriction & Eligibility
bdejl is strictly an 18+ platform. Access to all games, sports betting markets, and financial services on bdejl is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is non-negotiable and is enforced at registration and again at the KYC withdrawal verification stage.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will. Any user found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately closed, all winnings voided, and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method after an administrative review period.

Eligible Jurisdictions

No Third-Party Play
You may only bet using your own account and your own funds. Playing on behalf of another person is prohibited.

Minimum and Maximum Limits
The minimum single deposit on bdejl is ৳500. The minimum single withdrawal is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players who have not completed KYC verification are subject to reduced withdrawal limits until identity verification is finalised.
Deposit Processing
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your bdejl account balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect, depending on the issuing bank's processing speed. bdejl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. bdejl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
Player Fund Safety
bdejl maintains player funds in accounts that are operationally separated from company revenue accounts. This segregation is intended to ensure that player balances remain accessible even in the event of a business disruption. However, bdejl does not offer a formal guarantee scheme equivalent to a government-regulated deposit protection programme, and players should be aware of this when choosing to hold large balances on the platform.

Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
One Bonus Per Household
Promotional offers are limited to one per household, per IP address, and per device. Where bdejl identifies that multiple accounts have claimed the same promotion, all claims beyond the first will be voided and the associated winnings will be removed. This policy applies regardless of whether the multiple claims were made by the same individual or by different individuals sharing the same network or device.
Bonus Abuse
bdejl maintains sophisticated fraud-detection systems that monitor betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotional structures. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have promotions voided and may be permanently closed.
Seasonal and Special Promotions
bdejl may offer enhanced promotions during major cricket events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup, as well as during Bangladeshi cultural periods such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms. Players are encouraged to check the promotions section of the platform regularly for current offers.

One Per Household
Each promotion is valid once per household and IP address. Duplicate claims will be voided regardless of whether different individuals made them.

User Obligations

- Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing others to access or use your account.
- Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour towards bdejl staff or other users via support channels.
Responsible Conduct
You agree to use bdejl's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, loss limits, and session time-outs — if you feel that your gambling habits are becoming difficult to manage. You acknowledge that bdejl is an entertainment platform and that gambling involves real financial risk. You agree not to chase losses and to treat your bdejl activity as a leisure activity with a defined entertainment budget.
No Bots or Scripts
Automated tools, betting bots, or scripts of any kind are strictly prohibited. All betting activity must be performed manually by the registered account holder.
No Money Laundering
bdejl complies with anti-money laundering regulations. Suspicious transaction patterns will be reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
No VPN Circumvention
Using VPN or proxy tools to bypass access restrictions violates this Agreement and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.
Account Suspension & Closure
bdejl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in response to any violation of this Agreement or where bdejl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your bdejl account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before account closure can be finalised, any pending withdrawal requests must be processed and any active bonus funds will be forfeited. Remaining real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard KYC requirements.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the Account Settings panel or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent. During any self-exclusion period, the account will be locked against login, and bdejl will make reasonable efforts to prevent any reactivation for the duration of the exclusion.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bdejl will attempt to contact the account holder via the registered email address before applying dormant account fees. A monthly administrative fee of ৳100 may be applied to dormant accounts after a 90-day notice period, provided the account balance is positive. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without notice after 24 months of inactivity.
Self-Exclusion Available
Request a self-exclusion period of 30 days to permanent via Account Settings or by contacting support at [email protected] at any time.
Dormant Accounts
Accounts inactive for 12+ months are classified as dormant. A ৳100 monthly admin fee may apply after a 90-day notice period.
Close Your Account
To request voluntary account closure, email [email protected]. Remaining verified real-money balances will be returned to your payment method on file.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdejl, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the bdejl platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds due to technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond bdejl's reasonable control.
- Losses arising from incorrect information provided by the user at registration, during KYC, or in support communications.
- Interruptions to live betting markets or casino games caused by third-party provider outages (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming).
- Losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
- Any tax liability arising in the user's jurisdiction from gambling winnings. Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on winnings.
Service Availability
bdejl does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its services. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, third-party infrastructure outages, and regulatory requirements may result in temporary service unavailability. bdejl will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance via platform notifications.
Governing Language and Disputes
This Agreement is written in English. Any dispute arising from this Agreement or the use of the bdejl platform should first be addressed by contacting our support team at [email protected]. bdejl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute resolution process described in the platform's separate Dispute Resolution Policy will apply.
Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations on gambling winnings in their own jurisdiction. bdejl does not withhold tax on withdrawals. Consult a qualified tax professional if you are unsure of your obligations.
